Popular and one of the longest running TV shows Sasural Simar Ka, came up with its second season recently. Just like the previous season, the following season too grabbed headlines for its interesting storyline. Second season roped in the female lead of the show, actress Dipika Kakar, but now as per online reports, the actress will be no more seen in the upcoming episodes. As per reports the actress was only roped in for a few episodes for the ongoing season.
The show currently sees actress Radhika Muthukumar playing the role of Choti Simar opposite Avinash Mukherjee. As per the story Tanya Sharma who plays Reema on the show, makes Choti Simar (Radhika Muthukumar) don her wedding outfit and gets her to sit for the wedding with Aarav played by Avinash. Reema leaves for the audition. When the truth is unveiled everyone targets Choti Simar (Radhika) but Simar (Dipika) supports her. While Dipika tries to explain to Mataji (Jayati Bhatia) that Choti Simar is a perfect fit as the daughter-in-law for their family.
In rage Mataji pushes Simar out of the house, while this hints of actress Dipika Kakar’s role coming to an end, makers did not make any official announcement on the same.
Dipika in conversation with ETimes, had revealed that Simar will be shown stronger with many shades in the second season, along with the makers introducing new characters on the show. Sasural Simar Ka made actress Dipika Kakar a household name, she played this character for six long years. Fans too have a strong connect with her, hence the makers roped in the actress for the second season.
