'MasterChef India season 7’ will have its grand finale tomorrow March 31st and the show has got its top 3. Surprisingly, Aruna Vijay has failed to make it to the top 3 as she got eliminated in the last leg of the elimination round. Yesterday’s episode was based on the theme of Reinventing/reimagining Indian street food where all four contestants- Santa Sarmah, Suvarna Bagul, Nayanjyoti Saikia, and Aruna had to cook along with the chefs-Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar, and Garima Arora.

Amongst four finalists, Aruna got evicted despite giving her best shot. Shortly after her eviction, netizens took to Twitter to share their reactions. Fans have mixed reactions to Aruna’s eviction, while some users hailed her eviction, others are not happy with her shocking eviction. One of the users tweeted, “Shukar hei bothhh Mushkil say out huwy.” Another said, “Priyanka ke jane pe aruna bahut khush thi…le aruna ab tu bhi gayi.”  ALSO READ: MasterChef India: Aruna Vijay’s Dish Gets Selected In Top 3; Netizens Accuse Judges And The Channel Of Favouritism, Say ‘Show Is Fixed And Biased’

Interestingly, Aruna Vijay was the most talked about contestant on the show. She has been ruling headlines ever since the reality show aired on television in January this year. The judges have been at the receiving end as netizens alleged they were biased toward Aruna. It all began when the judges allowed vegetarian home cook Arun to replace paneer with her protein in a fish-based dish. In a recent interview with Times of India, Garima Arora talked about facing constant hatred for being partial towards Aruna Vijay and stated everyone is entitled to their opinions. She added that is how people perceive it to be, she has no comments on people’s observations.

Meanwhile, ‘MasterChef India season 7’ will be aired this Friday live on Sony Entertainment Television and Sony Liv app.
