2017 was a nightmare for Kapil Sharma. Ever since
the mid-air brawl with Sunil Grover, things began going downhill for the
comedian. Not only did he lose his hard-earned fan base but also loyal
colleagues who were responsible for his so called “star status.”

In fact, his goodwill amongst Bollywood stars too
perished after he began harassing them by making them wait for hours on-end.
Now that his stint as an actor has failed (Thank God) too
and The Kapil Sharma Show is nowhere on the horizon, Kapil is busy with some
soul searching and has come with a Plan B to revive his career.
SpotboyE.com has it that Kapil recently had a meeting
with Sony TV and proposed a game show to them.

Says a source, “Kapil feels that post making audiences
laugh, he should venture into a game show now. In fact, he is keen that his
friend Nikunj Malik -- who shot to fame when she participated in Rahul Mahajan’s
Swayamvar – be a part of it.”
While the final call on the suggestion is yet to be
taken, we wonder if Kapil Sharma feels that a game show is a cake walk. Let us
remind him that while Salman Khan could pull off Dus Ka Dum, Shah Rukh Khan
struggled to keep the TRPs soaring with Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain?
Also, we hope that Nikunj Malik doesn’t prove to be
another Rajiv Dhingra in his life – the man behind Kapil’s failure. Rajiv,
who also directed Firangi, was appointed the creative director of The Kapil
Sharma Show and despite the team protesting, Kapil refused to let go of him.

Kapil Sharma, it’s an uphill task to win back lost glory
and be it a game show or a stint with comedy, things will change only when
the person changes himself.
Nonetheless, God forbid, if stars forgive him and come on
the show, we hope he doesn’t make them wait yet again.
