Not for the celebrity contestants, but for the choreographers this time, Nach Baliye 9 is making headlines. This afternoon, we brought you the story first hand that the choreographers have decided to not come on sets inspite of being stationed on the studio in Malad.
What provoked them to take such a harsh call? Well, it was the last episode wherein the face-off between Anita Hassanandani-Rohit Reddy and Prince Narula-Yuvika Chaudhary disappointed judge Ahmed Khan to such an extent that he addressed their performances as ‘Zero’ and slammed them. This upset the choreographers and 5 of them namely Vaibhav Ghuge, Amardeep Singh Natt, Yash Pandya, Subhash-Macedon D’Mello (Shantanu-Nityami), Anuradha Iyenger decided to boycott the semi-final episode.
Well, we have a positive update on that front. After 4 hours of relentless cajoling and convincing, the choreographers finally agreed and are back on sets for the shoot which is underway at Malad studio. Judge Raveena Tandon, host Maniesh Paul and the senior management team convinced the choreographers and their efforts bore fruit. Finally, they relented and are shooting right now.
Well, Nach Baliye 9 has been the ground for several controversies from the beginning.
