TV actor Faisal Khan met with an unfortunate accident on the sets of his ongoing show Chandragupta Maurya. The actor fell from a horse and got his leg injured. The doctor has advised him bed rest for several weeks due to which he had to quit the dance reality show Nach Baliye 9 where he was seen participating with girlfriend Muskaan Kataria.
Faisal’s injury has come across as a big shock to the judges. His girlfriend Muskaan was in tears due to his unavailability as she recreated all their 6 performances on-stage. Post her solo act, judge Raveena Tandon appreciated her effort and expressing her disappointment about Faisal’s no-show told Muskaan that the concept itself says you have to dance with your baliye, so unfortunately, they won’t be able to continue with the jodi. Only if he recovers soon and bounces back or decides to return in the next season, can something be done. This made Muskaan go teary-eyed.
Meanwhile, we also brought you Faisal's take on this exclusively wherein he said, "We were going good. But I surely can't dance for the coming 6 weeks so I won't be able to perform on stage not even on a wheelchair. I have informed the situation to the Nach Baliye makers but they haven't come up with any decision as of now. But if you ask me I have to back out for now as I don't want to compromise on my dance and get evicted. If they will call me after I get fine or can continue me in the next season I will love to be part of it. But I don't want to be out as I have performed the best so far.”
Faisal who is on bed rest is unable to talk at the moment. We hope and pray the actor gets well soon and we see him back in action.
