Actress Ashi Singh who's popular for her role in the hit television show Aladdin, shares with us her precious Mother's day memories. The actress recalls how she saved up for weeks just to surprise her mother with a gift on Mother's Day.
She says, "Back when I was around eight years old, I wanted to gift my mother jewelry. But I couldn't afford it obviously. But I remember I started saving up two weeks in advance and put together all the pocket money I had and somehow managed to buy her a beautiful pair of earrings." She further adds, "I think one of the most valuable things that I got from my mother is definitely her support. She has always believed in me. My mother has always taught me to stay down to earth and be patient in life. She's one of the most patient people I know. And I think that's one of the qualities that I inherited from her. She also taught me to continue being positive in life no matter how negative people or circumstances could get; and I think that's a valuable lesson."
