Mahesh Shetty shared a motivational post on his Instagram account saying that he is happy to extend any kind of help that he can in times of Coronavirus. However, a fan dropped a comment asking him to speak up in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. To this, Mahesh Shetty responded, "@mahi_shinde08 if you have read my post I am doing all I can... just not for social media. Just hold on and pray and hope we get our answers soon."
One of the others comments suggested that Mahesh Shetty should give an interview talking about Sushant's case. In response, another fan stated that Mahesh's life would be at risk if he did so. But setting the record straight, Mahesh Shetty mentioned that nobody's life is at risk and whoever has any information about anything related to the case, should share it with the CBI. "@mahi_shinde08 there is no jaan ka khatra to anyone... If anyone is saying so on social media they r clearly lying n screaming for attention n doing nautanki to get more followers. Hope people understand the difference. If they have any real evidence they must share it with the CBI or file a court case... Soo many of them are just saying crap on social media but not doing a thing to help the case. The CBI & our legal system are doing their bit & we must have faith in them... Like I said, hoping & praying for the answers everyday. @abhijitchaudhari_ hope this answers ur questions too. Interviews dene se kuch nahi hota... I have been asked to just tell the authorities everything so as not to spoil the case," read Mahesh's reply.
