TV actress Nisha Rawal is one of the most-talked-about contestants on Kangana Ranaut- hosted reality show ‘Lock Upp’. The actress has indeed put up a brave front as she has shared some dark secrets of her life with the world on the show. Right from admitting she was bipolar,  talking about her ex-husband Karan Mehra cheating on her to revealing she suffered domestic violence, Nisha has made some shocking revelations on the show. In the upcoming episode, Nisha will be emphasizing the significance of mental health.

In the latest episode, the actress discussed how important is mental well-being with her co-contestants. During the course of their conversation, Payal Rohatgi confessed to Nisha that she was borderline bipolar. Hearing this, Zeeshan Khan, who had recently entered the house as a new wild card contestant,  said Mandana Karimi is “bipolar in a colloquial sense.” Nisha seemed offended by the actor’s careless attitude towards such a sensitive topic. Azma came out in her support after Nisha called out Zeeshan for his attitude and this led to a huge fight between Zeeshan and Azma. In an earlier episode of Lock Upp, Nisha Rawal had revealed that she is bipolar and people use to call her ‘mad’. The actress also mentioned she was accused of being mentally ill and was not permitted to cry or express her feelings. Nisha had said, “Now, I am going to talk about my journey. I am bipolar. As soon as I say this, people raise their eyebrows and say bipolar pagal hai kya yeh. The worst of it is that my Bipolarity was used as an excuse to escape and to put it on me that because she is bipolar she is crazy, she is mad so she did this to herself. When I lost my baby, I was not even allowed to cry.”

Nisha Rawal has been trying all possible means in order to make her presence feel on the Lock Upp, which is backed by Ekta Kapoor.
