Actor Balraj Syal who’s currently seen in two reality shows, Mujhse Shaadi Karoge and Khatron Ke Khiladi, is winning the appreciation of his fans with his unbreakable determination and courage. Balraj has been performing greatly on the show Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 and has been proving he’s the ultimate daredevil. With Balraj giving his best during every task, in one of the latest episodes of Khatron Ke Khiladi 10, Syal was seen making a comeback after he suffered from second-degree burns in one of the tasks in the adventure-based reality show.
The task involved the contestant to lie down flat on their back, tied up in chains. With rods of fire running across on top of them, under which 50 kilograms of wax was placed, the contestants were asked to bear the ‘wax rain’ for a minute, and then start pushing the ‘off’ sign placed at a distance with a stick for the fire to go off, hence stopping the rain of wax.
Balraj Syal was chosen as the contestant to perform this task, along with actress Amruta Khanvilkar. While Amruta couldn’t bear the hot wax on her body and called it quits immediately, Balraj performed the task phenomenally. Although he was applauded for his courage and determination, Balraj was left heavily injured from the task. He described the feeling as if someone was pouring a bucket of simmering hot wax on the side of his body. Post the task, he laughed and told host Rohit Shetty “Agar rehna hai toh bardaash karna padega”, and the rest of the contestants applauded him for his daredevil stunt.
