For many, it is a big dream to grace the biggest quiz show, Kaun Banega Crorepati and to sit in front of the legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan. People strive hard to feature in the show, not only to gain big cash price but also to gain recognition worldwide. Unfortunately, a contestant of the show was slapped by a charge sheet as he participated in the show. Well, a contestant named Desh Bandhu Panday who is a railway official was playing the show with Big B. After failing to answer the 14th question, he went home with a cash price of Rs 3,40,000.

But little did Bandhu know that a charge sheet will be filed against him by his own company. Apparently, according to a report in Times Now, “Panday who stayed in Mumbai from August 9-13 to be on the show, had informed his seniors about taking leaves. However, his leave application was not taken into consideration. The charge sheet sent to him by the railway administration has remained silent on the matter.”

Having said that, a protest among railway employees' organisations on the matter was seen as they think the railway administration has not done well with Panday.

Nevertheless, Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 started last week and it already got its first crorepati in a visually impaired contestant Himani Bundela. She successfully answered the Rs 1-crore question. Himani carefully and with a lot of precision will be seen attempting the questions posed by Computer ji and will charm one and all with her spiritedness and positivity! Having successfully answered the 1 crore question, with equal enthusiasm, she will be seen attempting the 7 crore question as well.

Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 airs on Sony TV from Monday to Friday at 9 Pm.
