The latest episode of the quiz reality show, Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan, saw popular actress of the television industry Sakshi Tanwar on the hot seat. Joining hands with a social activist Shyam Sunder Paliwal Sakshi lent her support to his cause towards changing the thought process of the people residing in Piplantri village located in Rajasthan, towards the girl child. With the quiz show being a thorough showcase of talent and knowledge, Sakshi pouring her heart out about embracing motherhood was like a cool breeze on the show.
Seated on the hot seat, the actress explained how she feels now and now understands why her mother always said: “You will understand when you become a mother.” But now after adopting a girl in October 2018, she understand, how a slightest discomfort to your kid, affects a mother. Further the actress completely empathizes with her mother. Enjoying her motherhood to the core, she explored a lot of new emotions and explored something unique with each passing day. She continues, till date she only experienced emotions and feeling of a daughter, but now with her little one, she is experiencing a whole new life. Respecting all the mothers out there, she now respects her own mother more than ever before.
Sakshi has named her daughter Dityaa. When asked by Big B the meaning of it, she says the meaning of her daughter’s name is the answer to all her prayers. Dityaa was nine months old when the actress adopted her in 2018.
The show was recently slammed for disrespecting Maratha warrior Shivaji for not adding the prefix Chhatrapati to his name. The channel rendered apologise and so did the host-megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
