Ongoing quiz reality show
Kaun Banega Crorepati 11, hosted by
Amitabh Bachchan has landed in controversy. Just to throw light for the readers who don’t follow the show, on Wednesday, Big B had asked a question to a contestant named Shaheha Chandran which was for Rs. 80,000, with four options. And it’s the options which didn’t go down well with the viewers. The question which read, “Which of these rulers was the contemporary of Mughal emperor Aurangazeb?” Followed by Maharana Pratap, Rana Sanga, Maharaj Ranjit Singh and Shivaji in the options.
According to the viewers, the makers disrespected the great warrior by not addressing him inappropriately. This great Indian warrior in history is addressed as Chhatrapati Shivaji and makers failed to do so. This led to many netizens to slam the GEC. Hence, the makers ran a ticker apologizing for their mistake during their Thursday’s episode, further also taking to their respective social media platforms to offer their apologies. The apology post was accompanied by the video clip, carrying the ticker. ALSO READ:
