Parth Samthaan has become a household name, thanks to his portrayal of Anurag Basu on the popular show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Now, the 28-year-old actor has purchased his first house in Mumbai and we think it is indeed an achievement, because buying a house in the maximum city is no cakewalk.
The actor calls it a gift to his parents. Taking to social media, he shared pictures giving an inside glimpse into his new abode and wrote, "Gift to my Parents —-MY FIRST HOUSE IN MUMBAI This feeling is beyond happiness ! He even thanked his followers with a post on social media. Speaking of Parth and Erica’s chemistry, a source close to SpotboyE.com had revealed that the two are getting quite close to each other in real life. History repeating itself, as Shweta Tiwari and Cezanne Khan too had got quite close during the first season of the popular show.
