In an unfortunate incident last night, a twin bomb attack struck the Kampung Melayu Transjakarta bus terminal.
As we told you earlier, your favourite TV actors- Shaheer Sheikh, Drashti Dhami, Abhinav Shukla, Shakti Arora, Radhika Madan, Arijit Taneja, Mrunal Thakur, Mrunal Jain, Vishal Singh and Digangana Suryavanshi are in Jakarta for their live shows in Indonesia.
These celebrities are still in Jakarta but fans need not worry as all of them are safe. We spoke to a few of them exclusively to know about their well-being. Here’s what they said:
Digangana Suryavanshi: I am really shaken. It’s absolutely terrible what happened yesterday. I really hope nothing like this repeats. May everyone be safe, prayers for the ones who are unfortunately not with us today, may their families stay strong.
Shakti Arora: Everything is fine. I was on the way but little away from the location. Thankfully, all are safe here. I was planning to go out for dinner but later cancelled the plan. There are causalities reported. While I was travelling back, I saw lots of chaos on the streets, roads were jammed.
Abhinav Shukla: "It’s an attack on the values of a country which has amazing peace loving people! It’s unfortunate that the terrorism has spread its wings. World needs to unite to fight the global terrorism."
Mrunal Jain: It was shocking to hear the bomb blast, with Ramdan just around the corner. We all are safe. Indonesia has been good as fans are showering unconditional love on us. It has been very peaceful before this blast.
Vishal Singh: Yes I am safe, but really sad to hear about the incident.
Meanwhile, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke actor Shaheer Sheikh is flying back to India today evening to resume his serial’s shoot.
