The Khatttars - Vandana and Rajesh are beaming with joy as they are now proud parents to a son, Yuvaan but before this happiness, they went through their own sets of ups and downs; a battle which they valiantly fought and won. At the age of 44, Vandana became a mother but the journey to parenthood wasn't an easy road as she had to go through numerous miscarriages, IUI and IVF failures, and failed surrogacies before having a 'miracle' child. As Vandana is having a blissful time with her son and husband Rajesh, she recently took to her Instagram account to share an endearing video of her son Yuvaan where he is seen playing during their visit to Shirdi.

Sharing the video, Mrs Khattar captioned it as, “#Deepconnection #JaiJai on his own @yuvaankhattar #OmSaiRam #Shirdi #Videooftheday” The actor keeps sharing some adorable moments with her son and husband on her photo-sharing app. As she went to Shirdi to seek blessings from Sai Baba, she also shared a family photo backing it with, “#OmSaiRam #Shirdi .. What a beautiful darshan and a memorable trip it’s been with my #Family. Also having the most amazing stay at the beautiful and serene divine resort @stlaurnhotelsandresorts”

Later, they all headed to Soma Vineyard where she even gave some glimpses of her stay which looks pretty beautiful. Meanwhile, Vandana was suffering from prepartum and postpartum depression after she lost one of her twins while Yuvaan was born prematurely.

Speaking about the same, she told Miss Malini, “I can’t even tell you what a sight it was to see my baby so tiny and the size of an arm, with wires all over his face, surrounded by pipes and tubes. The entire experience was full of stress, pain, anxiety, fear and sadness. Later, my doctor told me that it was prepartum depression, and because I did not attend to it with the right medication or counselling, it soon aggravated postpartum depression.”
