Aditya Narayan, Udit Narayan’s son is an actor and singer, who has been hosting the singing reality show Indian Idol 12 for a while now. The singer has a massive fan base on his Instagram and well-wishers shower love on him. So far, Aditya has to his credit about 100 songs that he has sung for music composers like A R Rahman (Dil Bechara), Sanjay Leela Bhansali (Goliyon Ki Leela Raasleela), Vishal Dadlani and Illayaraja. In an interview recently, the singer opened up about his dream to win a Grammy Award.
Speaking with ETimes, Aditya Narayan said he does not want an Oscar Award but wants to win a Grammy award for his country. The singer said, "I don’t want an Oscar, I want a Grammy. I am still young. There is a lot of time. I want to work to be the first Indian musician to win and perform at the Grammy and I want to show to the world that this guy can not only sing in his language but unki bhasha mein bhi cheer phaad kar sakta hai.''
Talking about his Grammy dream further, the singer said, "You know everyone has different dream and aspiration and I want to get my country a grammy away. I also believe that once you put it out in the universe the universe tries to create a path although it may not be a likely path that nevertheless will lead you there. I count on my blessings every day." Aditya also said that whatever opportunities that he has got so far have been the best of the best opportunities. He added that he would prefer it that way than sing 100 songs that he may not like to sing for people he doesn’t respect or admire.
