Coronavirus cases are increasing every day. Many celebrities tested positive for COVID in the past few days including Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Rupali Ganguly, Seema Pahwa, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and more. Recently, Indian Idol 12 host Aditya Narayan had also tested positive for the virus. Not only Aditya but his wife Shweta Agarwal also tested positive for Covid. After Aditya shared the news on his social media, he was replaced by Jay Bhanushali.

As per new reports, seeing how many on the set of the singing reality show may have come in contact with Aditya Narayan, the makers of the show are taking more precautions so that no one is infected and everyone is coronavirus free. Regular tests are being conducted for contestants Pawandeep Rajan, Arunita Kanjilal and others.

Apart from the contestants, regular tests are also being conducted for the judges, Himesh Reshammiya, Neha Kakkar, and Vishal Dadlani. That's not it! Even celebrity guests are expected to go through safety protocols before appearing on the show. The makers of the show are making sure that nobody is infected and setting a great example for others to follow.

Talking about Aditya Narayan, he had shared a picture of himself with his wife and informed his fans about testing positive for the virus. He wrote, "Hello all! Unfortunately, my wife @shwetaagarwaljha & I have tested positive for Covid-19 & are in quarantine. Please stay safe, continue to follow protocol & do keep us in your prayers. This too shall pass." As per reports, Rithvik Dhanjani will be now replacing him for the upcoming episode.
