After Anu Malik’s exit from Indian Idol 11, Himesh Reshammiya was given the judge’s seat to sit on. Two days back, news of another replacement from the sets of the singing reality show made way to the Internet, where it was said that Jay Bhanushali will step into the shoes of host Aditya Narayan.

But let us tell you that the news is completely untrue. We got in touch with Aditya and Jay to confirm the news and both outright denied it.

Aditya said, "I really don't know from where these rumours are coming from. I had a couple of live concerts lined up and I had informed the channel about it three months back. But Neha and Vishal Bhai couldn't work out their dates and that's the only reason I wasn't available on one day of shoot. It's a biggest show why will I quit?"

Meanwhile Jay told us, “Yes, I will be hosting Indian Idol 11 but it’s just for two episodes. Not replacing Aditya at all.”

While in conversation with Aditya, we had also asked him about Jay Bhanushali holding the mike on his behalf for two episodes and he said, "I am very happy that Jay is hosting it in my absence. This has happened before as well, a couple of years ago. I was hosting Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and had some other commitment to fulfil in between. He was gracious enough to host a few episodes for me that time. And I am thankful to him.”

So, now you know that Aditya is not going anywhere and will still host the singing reality show.
