He returned to the small screen after two years in Humsafars, co-starring Shivya Pathania. Premiered in 2014, the show went off-air within 5 months of its airing. He then took a three-year break, before he returned with Jennifer Winget starrer Bepannah. After entertaining the fans for 8 months, he again took a break of three years.
