&TV’s upcoming show Gudiya Humari Sabhi Pe Bhari that goes on air from tonight introduces a new face called Sarika Bahroliya; the actress will be seen in a simple, plain jane avatar and will be guarding her look.

Sarika who is essaying the role of Gudiya on the show exclusively revealed to SpotboyE.com, "My look in the show and the way I am in real life is totally different. When my friends and family saw the posters and promo they were like ‘Yeh kaisa bana diya tujhe’. So I told them that it's my characters’ demand and I have to look like this. I am excited that after seeing me in this avatar, the audience will definitely be excited to know if I look like this in real life too. And I am waiting to see that curiosity. Because every channel you switch on to, you get to see good-looking, pretty faces. I will be different from them".

She further adds, “Also, it’s not new as I haven't seen Mona Singh in Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, but our director Imtiaz Punjabi directed that show and he keeps giving me her example. She used to wear glasses and braces. At times, she used to get so irritated. In fact off screen also she was asked to be in similar kind of clothes and all. I have also been asked by makers to be like Gudiya in real life also at least for a year".

When asked if she is managing to do that, to which she replied, "I am trying my best. I have also stopped wearing western outfits. On social media too, I’m just allowed to pose in Gudiya's attire".

Sarika will be starring opposite Sarrtaj Gill whom we last saw on Zee TV's Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani.
