Nishant Malkani and Kanika Mann's Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega's shoot has resumed and is still going strong. As it has made a comeback after 4 months of lockdown, the makers are now leaving no stone unturned in adding more drama and the recent promo is what we are talking about. In the latest promo, we see Guddan in her happy place with Akshat as the family is celebrating a baby shower. As they all were having a nice time, suddenly, Guddan experiences labour pain and is about to deliver her baby.
However, in the promo, the doctor arrives at home and when Akshat asks the doctor if Guddan and baby are okay, the doctor says something which leaves Akshat in a state of shock and the entire family too. What did the doctor say to him? What has happened to Guddan and the baby? Well, all these questions will be answered in the coming episodes.

Apart from all this, the show is all set to take a 20-year leap as per Nishant, he will not be a part of the show. While talking to Nishant about the decision of leap, he told SpotboyE.com, "Since a long time the makers were planning to change the story of the show. And now I think they have finally decided to go for a leap after which I will not be part of the show." He further spoke about his exit from the show, he said, "Because post leap they will be showing a story of a young girl who is supposedly Guddan and my daughter. Since Kanika will be playing the daughter's role as well, it makes sense for her but doesn't leave much scope for me. I won't be able to play a 50-year-old father and they also don't want me to play that at this age. So it's a mutual decision."
