Gauahar Khan and Nigaar Khan's father, Zafar Ahmed Khan, passed away on March 5 due to age related illness. Gauahar's sister, Nigaar, recently took to her Instagram account and shared a picture giving him a tight hug. She captioned it saying, "I wish I could hold you like this one more time papa." The father and daughter's picture is from Gauahar Khan's wedding with Zaid Darbar.
Both Gauahar and Nigaar shared a great bond with their father. The sisters always shared special moments with their father on their respective social media account. Gauahar had earlier posted a video of her father from her wedding day and wrote, "My Father My Pride! Zafar Ahmed Khan you are the real STAR my pappa praying for me at my Nikah (my most fave memory of my life) #Alhamdulliah."
Gauahar who is an active social media user shared multiple posts dedicated to her late father. Sharing a picture, Gauahar wrote, "My Hero. No man like u, Ever! My father has passed, to the ever after as an Angel. Alhamdulillah. His passing away was a testament to his beautiful life n the best soul he was.' The actress further added, "Forever My Pappa. I love you oh so much. I am soooo much of you Pappa. N yet can never ever be even a percent of your magnanimous personality. #MyForeverShiningStar.
