Amid the devastating second wave of COVID-19, stricter restrictions were announced in Maharashtra in an attempt to curb the spread of COVID-19. As a result of this, the shooting for films and TV shows were brought to a halt once again. Since the last few weeks, a lot of TV shows have been shooting outside Mumbai in the bio-bubble format. Now, former Bigg Boss contestant Monalisa Biswas has shared what it is like, shooting in a bio-bubble, and said that it reminds her of Bigg Boss days!
The actress is currently in Hyderabad where the team of Namak Issk Ka is stationed, and they have been shooting for the show there. Speaking about how her time shooting in a bio-bubble is similar to Bigg Boss, she told ETimes, “The feel is almost the same. We are living 24 hours with the same people here and we do all the activities together, right from eating to working out." However, she said the difference is that she doesn’t have to do any household chores, and that unlike the BB house, there are no fights! Besides this, she also has access to phone and internet, to ensure that she is connected with the outside world.
She further added, “It is a good thing that we are shooting in a bio-bubble because now we are connected more to the people of our show. We all know the habits and moods of others. We spend a lot of time together and are like a close-knit family now.”
Monalisa Biswas was seen in Bigg Boss season 10 in 2016. She is currently seen playing the role of the antagonist Iravati Varma in Namak Issk Ka. ALSO READ: Pinjara Khubsurti Ka Star Riya Sharma Says She Feels Anxious Despite Shooting In Bio-Bubble In Delhi: ‘We All Are Fearful As We Are At Risk’
