However, Ayesha’s journey into showbiz was not really an easy one and during a recent interview, she got candid about her struggles before joining the television industry.

She shared, "I always wanted to become an actress. But my journey here wasn't easy for me. As there used to be a lot of misleading people calling themselves either coordinators or casting guys. While I use to go out for auditions I use to be very confused initially. But, later I could find a way to escape such fake people and barriers and started doing some good acting projects in web series. But I wanted to do television shows for which I took a break from web series like said not many big digital projects to keep my focus on getting a TV show, finally, I got it."

During her conversation, she also got candid about the troubles she faced to get screen time and how she was asked to marry a producer to get a TV break in a lead role.

"I would have been playing a lead role. I was selected for one of the big show. But surprisingly the producer of the show offered me to get married to him for enjoying the opportunity. So happened with me for a film project. Infact I alteady shoot for days and later because I said a No to his deal,” Ayesha Kapoor said.

She continued, “I had to leave shooting midway without even getting paid for my working days. I laugh at them when they say will gift me a comfortable and luxurious life in Mumbai. Fame and money will come to me without hard work. Just I had to marry him and work with them. I'm happy I chose no shortcut!

Ayesha even pointed out that her relatives and neighbours had reservations about her career. But, now they invite her to take pictures and praise her.

Ayesha Kapoor shared, “Today the people say my relatives and neighbours who were against my career invite me and ask pictures with me, praise me and infact tell people around how close they are to me. Thats how to double face the world we live in. I believe kindness, focus and hard work can only be keys to success."
