Prominent YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav, might be facing legal repercussions as the Jaipur Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has recently reported the presence of snake venom in samples seized at a rave party in Noida in November 2023. The social media sensation was previously accused of being associated with the supply and use of snake venom at the party, leading to the filing of an FIR against him last year.

Following information provided by the NGO People for Animals, associated with Bharatiya Janata Party MP Maneka Gandhi, Noida Police initiated an operation on November 3, resulting in the arrest of five individuals involved in a snake venom selling racket. Amidst these developments, the 26-year-old denied any involvement and asserted that he was being falsely framed by Gandhi.
Despite a viral video showing Elvish posing with snakes and a model, the 26-year-old YouTuber clarified on his X account that the footage was from the shoot of one of his music videos. On November 4, he was briefly detained in Kota, Rajasthan, in connection with the case. Nevertheless, he vehemently denied the allegations and expressed a willingness to cooperate with the police investigation.
