Over the past few weeks, Bigg Boss OTT season 2’s winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has constantly been making the headlines for his involvement in supplying snake venom at his rave parties. From his father exposing the truth behind his ‘luxurious lifestyle’ that he showed off on social media to netizens lashing out at his fanbase, Elvish has been one of the most discussed topics on the internet. Days after he received bail in the snake venom case, a new FIR has been lodged against him for featuring prohibited snakes in one of his music videos.
For the unversed, the FIR was lodged against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner after he was arrested in the snake venom case. He was accused of supplying snake venom at his rave parties in Gurugram and Noida. Despite pleading innocent, the Noida police stated that they had evidence against him to initiate an investigation. While he was released on bail after being in jail for 5 days, he has been booked under several sections of the Indian Penal Code and Wildlife Protection Act.
