Over the past few weeks, Bigg Boss OTT season 2’s winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has constantly been making the headlines for his involvement in supplying snake venom at his rave parties. From his father exposing the truth behind his ‘luxurious lifestyle’ that he showed off on social media to netizens lashing out at his fanbase, Elvish has been one of the most discussed topics on the internet. Days after he received bail in the snake venom case, a new FIR has been lodged against him for featuring prohibited snakes in one of his music videos.

According to a report by the Free Press Journal, Saurabh Gupta, an animal rights activist, approached the court and complained about Yadav using snakes in his music video. An FIR has been filed against him by the Gurugram Police. Currently working alongside BJP MP Maneka Gandhi for her People for Animal organization, Gupta stated that apart from the 26-year-old YouTuber, 50 other people were seen handling the prohibited snakes in the music video. The FPJ report further states that snakes are prohibited under the Wildlife Protection Act. Gupta went on to demand strict action against Yadav and the other accused. Apart from Elvish, singer Rahul Yadav who goes by the name Fazilpuria has also been booked by the Gurugram Police. He is known for his chartbuster track Kar Gayi Chull. For the unversed, the FIR was lodged against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner after he was arrested in the snake venom case. He was accused of supplying snake venom at his rave parties in Gurugram and Noida. Despite pleading innocent, the Noida police stated that they had evidence against him to initiate an investigation. While he was released on bail after being in jail for 5 days, he has been booked under several sections of the Indian Penal Code and Wildlife Protection Act.
