Ekta Kapoor has managed to do the impossible. She has brought together two of her most loved bahus together - Smriti Irani and Sakshi Tanwar. They all met in Delhi this morning, and Ekta shared the excitement on social media. Check it out:
Smriti and Sakshi began their careers playing bahus for
Ekta Kapoor’s epic TV serials - Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi
Bahu Thi and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki respectively. Both the serials became hugely popular in the early
2000s and catapulted Smriti and Sakshi to overnight fame. They became household
names, and their onscreen names (Tulsi & Parvati) became common lingo.

However, as life progressed the two went in different
directions. While Sakshi still manages to do TV, films and even web-series,
Smriti moved away from acting and went into politics.
Sakshi was also spotted last night at the launch of the web-series
she has worked on for Ekta's ALTBalaji. Titled, Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat, will
see Sakshi paired opposite Ram Kapoor. The two had previously worked together
in Bade Acche Lagte Hai. Check out the pics from the launch:
