There is no denying that Sreesanth’s wife was his biggest support while he was locked inside the Bigg Boss 12 house. She was quick to jump into the cricketer’s defence whenever he was called out for his behaviour on the show. However, did you know that she wasn’t attracted to him in the first go? Well, yes!
The couple made an appearance on RJ Pritam’s radio show and during the conversation, Bhuvneshwari revealed that she didn’t quite like Sreesanth when she first saw him. It so happened that the cricketer and Shoiab Akhtar were Chief Guests of an event at Bhuvneshwari’s school. At that point, she was in class 10. While other girls were going gaga over Sreesanth, Bhuvneshwari wasn’t as impressed. It was only when they coincidentally met the day after and made eye contact did they fall for each other. To talk of Bigg Boss 12, Sreesanth was the runner-up of the show while Dipika Kakar lifted the winner’s trophy. Addressing the fact that he didn’t win, he told us, “I won't lie that I didn't want to win. Of course, I wanted to win. It would have been great if it had happened. But trust me, when Dipika and I were about to enter the stage for the final stint, we both said to each other: Now, it doesn't matter who wins. We both have done what we had set out to do. Honestly, I am very happy for Dipika. She deserved to win. I had seen her earlier once, but never had any much interaction with her. We supported each other in trying times. If and when she was upset, I supported her--- and even vice versa. If and when I got angry and used foul language, she calmed me down.”
