Recently, Kangana Ranaut had alleged that the BMC officials entered her Mumbai office, Manikarnika Films without prior notice and had mentioned that they would be demolishing her property. Kangana was given 24 hours on Tuesday to save her bungalow, as the Mumbai municipal corporation issued a 24-hour notice. It was reported that should she fail to reply within 24 hours, the BMC will demolish the unauthorised portion of the bungalow.
Devoleena shared her disappointment towards the act and said, "Being a well known face, I don't think she must have done any kind of illegal construction and she also claims that she has all the permission proofs from BMC. So demolishing her office before she could have reached Mumbai and showed them the documents is not right. I feel they should have waited for her and an ultimatum must have been given to fix if anything was not proper but breaking the office in her absence is absolutely incorrect. This is a wierd act by them and I don't support this act at all. If something had started verbally they would have replied to her verbally."

Devoleena has supported the Manikarnika actress on social media too. In her first tweet in support of Kangana, TV's Gopi Bahu had reposted her video of BMC officers reaching her office and wrote, "This is wrong & I condemn this completely. @mybm #IStandWithKanganaRanaut". In her another Tweet Devoleena had also shared Sanjay Raut's statement and condemned insulting a woman as she captioned it, "Its recorded Sir that you have called a "woman" haramkhor or maybe you don't consider it as an insult. What is wrong is wrong."
Currently, as we report Devoleena's thoughts on the whole matter she is continuously sharing her views on social media too calling it a sad act and death of democracy.
