If you’re a 90s kid then the show Boogie Woogie will always have a special place in your heart. The show gave several talented dancers across the country, a golden opportunity to showcase their talent. Boogie Woogie launched in 1996 and the last episode aired in 2014. The show was judged by the very talented- Jaaved Jaaferi, Ravi Behl and Naved Jafri and was among the longest-running dance reality shows. In an interview recently, Boogie Woogie judges Jaaved, Ravi and Naved got candid about the show’s journey.
Speaking with Pinkvilla.com, when quizzed about the next season of Boogie Woogie, the judge's trio said that they are ready and would love to do it. Behl, who had also directed the show with Naved and Ashu Jain, said, “We are young, we are able, we are fit, jisko aana hai aa jao. We can work it out.”
While Naved Jafri also agreed to it, Jaaved Jaaferi stated that they can still hold the audience and still have a lot of people who appreciate their work. Jaaved Jaaferi said, “We can still hold the audience and we still have a lot of people out there who still love and appreciate our work. So, I think we are all there. We are ready. We would love to do it.”
Meanwhile, during the candid interaction, the Dhamaal actor also shared something interesting. He revealed that his son Meezaan Jaaferi was also a part of the show in a way. Jaaved mentioned Meezaan was a part of Boogie Woogie’s title song’s first sequence when he was over a year old. Currently, on the work front, Jaaved Jaafri has films Sooryavanshi, Bhoot Police and Shershaah in the pipeline. The actor was last seen in the film Coolie No 1. Also Read:
