Ever since Bigg Boss OTT began, there have been some shameful insults hurled at a few contestants. One of the targets has been Shamita Shetty, who is being age-shamed by a few of her co-contestants. BB1 contestant, actress Kashmera Shah who faced the same when she appeared on Bigg Boss 14 has slammed four contestants of the ongoing season. Akshara Singh, Nishant Bhat, Moose Jattana and Pratik Sehajpal are seen making fun of Shamita Shetty over her age. And Kash is taking a stand for Shamita.
In a video clip posted by Kashmera on Twitter, Akshara is heard comparing Shamita to her mother due to her age. This is followed by the other three laughing over it. Kashmera said, “Shame on you all for age shaming our girls. How dare you? I have got an instant dislike for these four now and I stand by @ShamitaShetty and anyone that goes through this age slamming. You are lucky I am not inside to break your face housemates.”
She tweeted, “I am totally with @ShamitaShetty on this issue of age and background l went through this last season when I was inside the house? What does age or background have to do with skill and determination.”
