The actor had shared the video as a response to FIR filed against TikTok app by Mumbai Police, who were against the celebrities posting video regarding Tabrez's lynching and subsequently creating a fear in a community. The videos since then have been removed by Tiktok.
According to IndiaTVNews.com, in the video Ajaz could be seen fully supporting the group that was threatening the community, compelling Mumbai Cops to arrest him.
This isn’t his first brush with law. In 2018, he was held for possession of drugs in a hotel by Anti-Narcotics Cell of India. He was later released by Bombay High Court on bail.
