Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress and former Bigg Boss contestant, Devoleena Bhattacharjee made it to the headlines a few months back when she commented on Bigg Boss 13’s Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill’s chemistry in the song Bhula Dunga. The song was Sidharth-Shehnaaz’s first collaboration outside the house and also went on to garner a lot of love and praise from the audience. While many praised the song, Devoleena felt that the duo lacked chemistry. Now, Bhattacharjee hits out at the trolls who slammed her for giving her opinion about Bigg Boss 13’s Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill’s chemistry in the song Bhula Dunga.
Speaking with IANS, Devoleena Bhattacharjee opened up about why she stopped reacting to trolls on social media, who slammed her for her opinion on Sidharth-Shehnaaz’s chemistry and compares trolls to a barking street dog. Talking about being trolled online and not reacting, Devloeena said, “I faced maximum trolling during 'Bigg Boss'. From death threats to nonsense about my mother, I have faced it all. These things do not bother me.” As the former Bigg Boss contestant explained how she faced maximum trolling and received death threats to even lots of nonsense spoken against her mother, she said it all does not bother her and mentioned she has faced it all.
The Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress continued, “Social media is so untrue. I believe real stars are the ones who make their name with their work. Social media fame can be money-oriented. Dealing with trolls is easy for me. I take it in a fun way. Also, you can't shut a street dog barking at you. Similarly you cannot stop trolls. The fun fact is they make me more famous by trolling me!" The BB13 contestant called social media untrue and said that dealing with trolls is easy for her. She then went on and compared trolls to a barking street dog and explained how one cannot stop trolls, just like one can’t shut a street dog barking.
