Ajaz Khan, who acted in a few films and also participated in controversial reality show Bigg Boss 7, has got himself involved in a drug controversy. The actor was arrested by NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) in connection with drugs on March 31 after interrogation on March 30 in Mumbai.
Ajaz, who is in custody, reportedly tested positive for coronavirus last night. And this morning, he was shifted to a Mumbai hospital.

A source close to him informs SpotboyE.com, "Ajaz Khan was supposed to be present in Quilla court today at 12 noon. However, due to contracting Coronavirus, the actor couldn't be present in the court. His lawyer represented him where the judge sent him for judicial custody. His legal team will file a bail application tomorrow." Meanwhile, Ajaz has been isolated in GT hospital for his treatment.
During his arrest, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede revealed that Ajaz Khan is a part of narcotics peddler Shadab Farooque Shaikh alias Shadab Batata's syndicate.
"We have found involvement in the Shadab Batata case and he is definitely facing some serious charges. His statement is being recorded at present," he said.
Also, previously, while speaking to the reporters outside the office, when Ajaz was asked about the drugs, he had said, "Nothing. Ask them where they got it... what they got was four sleeping pills. My wife had miscarrige and was in depression. She was taking those pills."
