The duo met on the sets of Udaariyaan and have been best friends ever since. It was seen in the recent episode that, during an interaction with Soundarya Sharma, Priyanka breaks down over the hate she is receiving. She revealed that she has become mentally conscious of what she has to say and that she is losing herself. While she wants what is best for Ankit and the constant negativity has taken a toll on her. Fans are over the moon after watching the recent promo released by the makers. In the video, it can be seen that Priyanka and Ankit are cuddling on the couch, talking about what was bothering her. Being the considerate person that she is, she tells Ankit that she wanted to give him space. She proceeds to express how she adores him and wanted to kiss him on the forehead.
Later in the video, it is seen that Archana Gautam notices them cuddling while walking past them and gets excited to see them together. She asks them how they got back together and the details behind their reconciliation. The duo proceeds to answer her questions with a smile on their faces and blushing cheeks.
