Just like Amitabh Bachchan’s charismatic personality has kept the audience’s glued to the popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati for years now, it is a similar case with Salman Khan’s presence in Bigg Boss. The actor who has been hosting the controversial TV reality show for years now will now be giving a miss to the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode. The update was posted by The Khabri Twitter handle that often drops first-hand information from the show.
The reason behind the actor giving a miss to the episode is the Antim: The Final Truth actor being unwell and hence, won’t be hosting the weekend episode. Followed by filmmaker and Khan’s close pal Mahesh Manjrekar to be stepping into his shoes for the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. The tweet read, “Exclusive #WeekendKaVaar #SalmanKhan is not feeling well so half of the show was hosted by #MaheshManjrekar” However, there is no official confirmation yet on this news piece.
Mahesh Manjrekar is also hosting the Marathi version of Bigg Boss; he is also the director of Salman and Aayush Sharma starrer Antim: The Final Truth. This directorial venture of Mahesh Manjrekar is a Hindi remake of the hit Marathi film, Mulshi Pattern, a crime drama released in 2018.
