Sometime back we got you big breaking news that Devoleena Bhattacharjee is all set to enter Bigg Boss 14 house as Vikas Gupta's proxy. The famous producer who is known as the mastermind had to come out of the house because of his ill health. While Vikas is under medical observation, makers roped in Devoleena to play the game on his behalf. The actress is currently quarantined in a Mumbai hotel before she makes an entry in the house. Although we hear that it was not Devoleena but Rashami Desai who was first approached to play on his behalf.
A source close to the show informs SpotboyE.com, "Rashami Desai was asked to enter the house as Vikas Gupta's proxy. But the actress couldn't make it for the show due to her prior commitments and hence the next they requested to enter was Devoleena Bhattacharjee who excitedly said yes for it. Devoleena who is also a friend of Vikas was excited enough to help him as in the last season Vikas paid his proxy when she had to come out for her back injury". In the recent episodes of Bigg Boss 14, we got to see family week on the show. While contestants families entered the show to support their family members, actress Rashami Desai came in for contestant Vikas Gupta. Rashami not only entered the house but also schooled the housemates for sidelining him. Rashami who herself was a contestant in season 13 openly accused Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin for bringing their grudge in the game and targeting him on the show.
