Recently, BB 13’s Devoleena took to her social media and wrote that she wants Rubina Dilaik as a winner but it's Vikas Gupta and Rakhi Sawant who need it. Apart from Devo, Vikas Gupta’s good friend Chetna Pande also penned a long note for the mastermind.
