Known to be Punjab ki Katrina, Bigg Boss 13 Shehnaaz Gill though have not won the TV reality, garnered a lot of fans. The budding actress also featured in a series of music videos, now the actress in conversation with Bollywood Times, shared her opinion about work and the pattern of how she selects her work. Shehnaaz Gill shared she would go for quality over quantity when it comes to her acting career. Though she did not divulge much about her upcoming projects, she shares she aims to play a quintessential heroine. 

Sharing what plans she has for 2021, she said, “I am quite patient and selective when it comes to working. I have a few projects, including a film, the details of which cannot be divulged yet. I have always chosen quality over quantity. Chaahe kam kaam karu, par achha karu. My dream is to play a quintessential heroine.” She also shared wanting to put her acting skills at test by trying difficult characters. Besides this she also wants to try her hands at singing. 

The budding actress also desires to be a singer by lending her voice to singles and becoming a playback singer. She said, “I can act any part, but I want to try difficult characters. That apart, I plan to focus on my career as a singer. I want to lend my voice to singles and also be a playback singer. Main Shehnaaz Gill ke naam ko bada karna chahti hoon bada soch kar.”


Shehnaaz has been in the news for her transformation from flab to fab. Speaking while working on her Punjabi accent, the actress shared wanting to get rid of her accent, when she speaks in Hindi. Elaborating on it, she said, “I want to get rid of my Punjabi accent while talking in Hindi. I am also working on my English. In fact, I try to talk in English with people, chaahe woh hass bhi de mujh par. Slowly, I have started understanding the meaning of various words.
