Bigg Boss 13 can get ugly, mucky and distasteful a lot of times. But isn’t that how the show generates TRPs? Nonetheless, this piece isn’t about why all this happens on the show but about the repercussions of what recently took place inside the house between its two contestants- Arti Singh and Siddhartha Dey.
A fight, during a task, went overboard when Siddhartha Dey ended up calling Arti Singh “characterless” and also pushed her. We had gotten in touch with Krushna Abhishek, Arti’s brother, yesterday, and also told you what he thought about the argument and Dey’s comments. Krushna was highly disappointed and shocked. The actor told us if need be he will go inside the house and confront him, and ask why he said what he said.
And now, we spoke to his wife and Arti’s sister-in-law, Kashmera Shah, to know if she too is equally upset with Dey and wants to have a face to face discussion with him about it. However, to our surprise Kashmera’s stand was rather different.
"It’s a game. I am sure if Dey was outside, he would not say such things to any girl. And I am sure he would never be in a situation where he would have to sit in one place holding someone's hands while someone was wiping unwanted things on his face. In Arti's defense, she was doing a task where she had to do stuff to make Dey give up the task. She also stood up for herself. So, a request to everyone watching that this is just a task and not real life. In reality both would not be put in such situations and would not have reacted like this," Kashmera said.
For those who are not ardent followers of Bigg Boss, Kashmera herself has been a contestant on show’s 8th season in the year 2006. Probably, she has been in the rut and knows how ones psychology works inside and hence a different take to the situation?
