The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya actress had undergone a major back surgery last year in January, and a day back, she hurt her back due to which her injury resurfaced a bit. We also told you that her doctor from Nanavati hospital, Dr Abhishek Mihir Bapat was contacted for consultation.
Post our story, a few reports on social media claimed that Devoleena may quit the show owing to her injury. But let us tell you the reports are false. Devoleena is not planning to quit. We got in touch with her mother to confirm the same and she told us her daughter is fine inside and is definitely not coming out as yet.
"There is no truth to this or else team Endemol would have informed me by now about the development. She is very much inside playing her game like a fighter. She is a strong girl and she won't quit the show because of her back pain. If you all have noticed from last one and half month she is constantly rubbing her hand as she is facing back problems, but she never showed it to the audience what kind of pain she is facing to gain sympathy. I appeal to fans to support my daughter as she is giving in a lot for the game," Devoleena's mother tells us.
For all those who have come in late, Devoleena popularly known as Gopi Bahu suffered from a slip disc issue during her show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. She underwent a surgery for the same at Nanavati Hospital, Vile Parle on Jan 25, 2018. Here's wishing the actress a speedy recovery.
