Anupamaa: Producer Rajan Shahi Organises Havan On Sets As The Show Starring Rupali Ganguly Becomes A Success - PICS

Anupamaa is topping TRP charts and soon after it's launch it became the audience's favourite. It features Rupali Ganguly in the titular role. The story revolves around a woman who has forgotten herself while taking care of her family. The show went through some major twists and turns recently after Anupamaa got to know about her husband's secret affair with his office colleague Kavya. It now focuses on Anupamaa trying to step into the outside world in order to make a name for herself. Recently, producer Rajan Shahi organised a havan on the sets.

The producer is said to conduct puja and havan every now and then on the sets and keeping up with the tradition he did it on this show too. Present during the havan was the entire cast and crew, like Rupali, Madalsa Sharma, Alpana Buch, Nidhi Shah, Paras Kalnawat, Anagha Bhosale, Muskaan Bamne, Tassnim Sheikh, Shekhar Shukla, Aashish Mehrotra, to name a few. Going by the pictures, we can say that all the members had a gala time soaking in some divine vibes.

Recently, we had spoken to the lead star of this show, Rupali Ganguly who had shared that the success of this show was expected. She was quoted saying, "The success of Anupamaa was expected. The director Romesh Sir(Kalra) spares no efforts to make every episode authentic and appealing. My character  speaks, dresses and behaves  like an ordinary housewife. Even the sarees that you see me wearing are all sootee(cotton). These details from the workingclass have been appreciated by the  audience. They had not seen a serial about their own life for  along time."
