Taking to her Twitter account, Sona thanked everyone who supported her campaign against Anu named #MoveOutMalik. She also revealed how this move will finally give her a good sleep “Thank you to all the women & men & the media of India who supported our campaign #MoveOutMalik . A repeat offender like Anu Malik on national tv triggered a lot of trauma, pain & stress in many of our lives. I have been ill for a while & I hope to sleep well tonight,” wrote Sona.

Soon after the news of Anu Malik’s exit from Indian Idol 11 was disclosed, Sona, in an interview with IANS, told how it’s a victory for every woman that has been badly treated by the singer.
“Our fight is not over yet, it’s just a start. We are not going to sit here and let people to take us for granted,” she said.
