Bigg Boss season 17 came to an end with Munawar Faruqui bagging the title of the winner. While Abhishek Kumar was termed as the first runner-up, Mannara Chopra became the second runner-up. It was heartbreaking for her fans when Ankita Lokhande was evicted from the show before she could make it to the top 3 contestants. Now, the actress has taken to her official social media handle to express her gratitude towards her fans for standing by her throughout her entire journey.
Taking to her official X handle, Ankita shared a compilation video of her entire journey and penned a heartfelt note for her admirers. She expressed her gratification towards her supporters, the makers of Bigg Boss 17 and host Salman Khan for giving her the opportunity to participate in the reality show. A part of her note read, “Mere liye haar ya jeet utni matter nahi karti, jitna aapka support karta hai aur aapke hi pyaar ne yaha tak pohochaya hai.Of course there were ups and downs...few left, few stayed but you guys stood by! Thank you so much to each and every one of you for supporting & loving me.”

For the unaware, Munawar Faruqui won the 17th season of Bigg Boss. Not only did he take home the trophy, but he also won a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh and a brand-new Hyundai Creta. He had made the headlines after his ex-girlfriend Ayesha Khan entered the show and accused him of emotional manipulation and cheating. She even brought up Nazila Sitaishi, his ex who he was dating before her. The accusations made by the two women had left the viewers in shock.
