Ekta Kapoor’s Pavitra Rishta starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande was one of most popular shows of its time. The serial had a successful 5-year run (2009-2014) and gave the telly world a relatable couple in Archana (Ankita) and Manav (Sushant).
On its 8th anniversary, Ankita Lokhande took to Instagram to post a picture remembering her “baby”. Interestingly, Ankita did not mention her co-star and former boyfriend, Sushant’s name in the post.
For those who have come in late, Sushant and Ankita were in a live-in relationship for over 6 years, and were also rumoured to have been engaged in 2011. However, with no marriage on the cards, the speculations had started about a break-up between the two. Sometime later, Sushant finally put to end all the rumours with a tweet.
* He wrote, “Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womaniser. People do Grow apart & its unfortunate. Period!! (sic).”
Currently, Sushant Singh Rajput is rumoured to be dating his Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon.
