Bold content has finally got a window to break out. And isn't the window big?
Now, Anil Kapoor is gonna utilise the same window.
A few months ago, we wondered how Anil, who has bought the rights of the American sitcom Modern Family, would Indianise the show given its extremely western content.
ErosNow will air the show online. This technically means that there is less self-censorship to do for Anil's creative team and the subject matter can be treated almost at par with the American show.
"There's no time-line to the show as yet because it's still being developed. But the casting will be top of the line and there will be no compromise on the story-telling, which is the greatest benefit of going online with the show. The casting will begin in a few months and the show should go live sometime early next year," says a source from ErosNow.
SpotboyE.com has also learnt that Anil's younger daughter, producer Rhea Kapoor will also be involved with the show in senior capacity. She has previously produced a show called The Bench which was a huge hit with online viewers.
