After Parth Samthaan tested positive, as a precautionary measure, BMC conducted COVID-19 tests on the sets of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. A couple of days later, KZK 2’s Aamna Sharif, who portrays the character of stunning vamp Komolika in the show, was in self-isolation when one of her staff members had tested positive. Fortunately, the actress had tested negative and was under 14 days quarantine along with husband Amit Kapoor and son. As the actress was undergoing the quarantine routine, she is also working from home. Yes, you heard that right! Aamna shot for her scenes at her home.
Now counting on the blessings, Aamna Sharif took to Insta to pen a gratitude note for everyone and wrote in detail about the problems she and her family faced due to COVID-19 scare. In her note, Aamna revealed that after her staff was tested positive her family underwent the COVID-19 tests twice. While they have been very cautious of things that enter their home, the ‘fear multiplies ‘n’ number of times when the virus creeps into your space, your home, your life.’
She wrote, “We were worried, we were scared. The 24 hours till the results came in felt like an eternity but luckily our tests came negative.” She further added, “Shiv, my boy, was quarantined right away as we made sure that he was taken care of to recover as soon as possible. We once again were tested a few days later and tested negative, for the first time in our lives negative has been more important than positive.” Read on her complete note below:
