In an interview with a news portal, the Baahubali actress Tamannaah has revealed that she is suffering from a serious health issue. Tamannah who was recently featured in Seetimaarr with Gopichand has opened up on the same; however, she did not reveal much about her condition. She also says that her health issues cannot be talked about openly. While talking to the news portal, she says - "I have good eating habits. But due to over workouts and handling too much stress I developed a health problem. But I cannot put it out."
Tamannaah also opened up about her food habits and revealed that she has switched to organic food. She also informed the news portal that she has been maintaining a workout routine in order to overcome the health issue.
To overcome the health issues Tamannaah seems to be on a liquid diet as she opted at the time of starting days of her career. So the question may be, what is Tamannah’s diet? So, the south diva drinks juice made from a fruit called Noni or Thogari. Her regular intake of juices such as turmeric, amla juice, keera juice, almond milk and coconut water, and so on.
However, Tamannaah took to her Instagram some of the pictures of uber-cool photoshoots. She stuns fans with her fitness and outfit goals in the pictures.
The actress has also turned into an author also and she recently launched the book based on Indian wellness, ‘Back to the Roots’. She co-authored the book with celebrity lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Tamannah is busy shooting web series with Riteish Deshmukh titled “Plan A Plan B”. Her latest project is “F3” with Venkatesh Daggubati, Varun Tej, Mehreen Pirzaada. She also has a Telugu romance drama film in her kitty titled “Gurthunda Seethakalam” with Satydev Kancharana and the director is Nagashekhar of the movie.
