Pushpa: The Rise has been roaring on the OTT platform, emerged as one of the most-watched movies, the audience is going gaga over it and how! This film was made on the budget of Rs. 200 crore. On this note, as reported in TellyChakkar.com, here’s looking at how much each one especially the cast associated with this hit film charged the makers to come on board. To begin with the lead, Allu Arjun, he charged around Rs. 20 crore to play Pushpa Raaj on screen.
The female lead Rashmika Mandanna who portrayed his onscreen love interest charged Rs. 10 crore. Samantha Ruth Prabhu who was roped in for a special number, O Antava Oo Oo Antava signed the dotted line after being offered Rs. 1.5 crores for this special number. Faahad Faasil who stepped into the shoes of IPS Bhanwar Singh was paid around Rs. 3 crore for the movie. Well known actress Anasuya Bharadwaj seen as Dakshayani in the movie, had given a nod to the film, to work on Rs. 2 lakh per day as per shoot.
Actor Rao Ramesh roped in to play Bhumireddy Siddappa Naidu, reportedly charged Rs. 30 lakh for his character. Actor Sunil who portrayed a comedy role in the movie of Mangalam Srinu, reportedly charged 1 crore for the movie.
And last the captain of this project, director-writer Sukumar charged fees of Rs. 25 crore to render his directing skills for the movie.
