Fourteen days after testing positive for Covid-19, Jr NTR has now tested negative. The actor on Tuesday said he has tested negative for the coronavirus 14 days after he contracted the virus. NTR took to his Twitter account to share his health update while thanking people, who checked upon him. He wrote, "Happy to state that I’ve tested negative for Covid 19. Thank you, everyone, for all the wishes.”
In the following tweet, he also urged everyone to take the virus seriously, “Covid 19 needs to be taken very seriously. But it is also a disease that can be beaten with good care and a positive frame of mind. Your willpower is your biggest weapon in this fight. Stay strong. Do not panic."
Jr NTR had earlier shared his coronavirus diagnosis on Twitter, "Hello everyone. I have tested positive for Covid. I have isolated myself at home and have been following all the protocols. I request those who have come in contact with me to get tested. Stay home, stay safe, and get vaccinated when you get the chance. I request all my well-wishers and fans to not worry as I am doing fine", read his post.
Meanwhile, Jr NTR will resume shooting for SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR, in which he is seen in the character of Komaram Bheem. Recently, on the occasion of the actor's birthday, the makers revealed his second look from the film. RRR is in the last leg of its shoot. Later, he will team up with directors Koratala Siva and Prashanth Neel for projects NTR30 and NTR31, respectively.
